My experience with Lucy's boutique was beyond amazing. The customers service I received when I entered was wonderful and professional. I had recently needed some alterations done to my dress for my Cousins wedding. I went back to the store I purchased it from and was going to be charged $270.00 to have it done (the dress cost less than the alteration charges). I remembered Lucy's from a family friend and decided to give it a shot. Not only did they get everything done exactly the same as the expensive spot, they were also able to get it done for a fraction of the price and get it back to me same day!!! I was as usual lagging to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed for my BFF's wedding. She was very close to my work and took a chance and walked in i was greeted by smiles and how can we help you. I asked if she could hem overnight and she didn't hesitate. She was also very reasonable. I paid cash because I happen to have some and the total was exactly what I had. Went the next day to pick up my dress and she asked if i need to try on, I said no by that point it didn't matter. I put the dress on for the wedding and it was perfect and very neatly sewn. the dress had a overlapping slit in the front and you could not tell I had altered it. btw... the number for the shop is 323-776-5251

We came to Lucy's Boutique & Bridal for alterations services only. Small store in the main Boulevard, parking in the front is limited but parking is available in the back. Store gets a little crowded because these ladies are professional at their job! They speak English and Spanish. Prices are reasonable compared to the prices in Downtown Santee District. They can do a quick service or if you have enough time you may leave it for a week. Every dress we bring is altered as requested.
