“So I had some pipes backed up in my yard due to rain and Luis came out to help. He gave 1hr of his time (in the rain) and we realized that the french drain system was simply full. Wasn't much we could do so he didn't charge me for the time and information. Had the pipes been able to be cleaned/flushed he did seem to give me a very good price, but that wasn't the case. Solid guy. Will definitely reach out to him in case I need a plumber in the future.“
