“Salvador and his team were communicative, professional and efficient in their work. They finished the job within the time frame they indicated on the contract which we really appreciated. Jackie was very nice and communicated the steps on the project and told me if there were any issues. Salvador was very knowledgeable and passed all city inspections without issues. He provided suggestions and insights that we considered very valuable. We were actually very hesitant at first since getting scammed by a contractor and our project getting multiple delays so we werent very trusting but Salvador and his team reassured us that he will fix and help us out with this bathroom addition. They worked tirelessly from late march to early June, monday through friday in the heat and they never complained. The payment process was also very easy and manageable. Their pricing was also outstanding for the quality of work they provide. I heard that his company is also a family business which is why theyre so personable and cared about their clients wants and needs. “When I called Mario, he answered immediately. We set the date for consultation and he was on time. We spoke for a while and walked the outside of home. He explained in detail what the process was for repairing, priming and painting. Mario explained everything that would take place. He explained the options available and once we decided what would be best he provided us a quote. We then discussed the options for a redo for the kitchen. Again he was very thorough with his explanation. Needless to say we took both quotes and we have ended up with a Fabulous outside and Fabulous kitchen.

“I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

“I contracted with Horizon Construction & Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, which included all new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliance installation, and lighting, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Horizon also replaced cabinets in the dining room, removed blinds, and patched and painted several rooms. David was our project manager.

I highly recommend working with both Horizon and David. He provided an accurate estimate for the work, started and completed the work on time, and was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions. It was my first experience with a kitchen remodel and David proved to be patient and kind, never making me feel like my questions were silly or naive. He responded to all of my texts promptly and delivered on every one of my requests.

The craftsmen employed by Horizon were professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up as they went along. Horizon also operates a showroom in Fullerton, so I was able to see options in situ, not just small samples. David and everyone I met in the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me, made a real effort to understand my aesthetic, and then made great suggestions.

The entire process from beginning to end (3 months to the day) went just about as smooth as one could hope for such a large project. When it comes time to remodel our bathrooms, I will be calling Horizon again!“

In my case, the variable speed heat pump was the way to go, relocating it into a space above my master bathroom. The guys were able to do it in two days, They were friendly, considerate, explaining the system, and the new Nest thermostat. I would say their price was slightly above the other quotes, but I was more confident in them than the other bidder.“
