“Hi, our NY city resident daughter had a beautiful outdoor wedding in the Lake Tahoe area. Since she & her new husband were leaving on their honeymoon from San Francisco, we brought her wedding dress & her husband’s tailor made suit to San Diego. I asked her to pick which cleaners she wanted to use to clean & preserve her dress & clean the suit. After lots of research & a phone call to John, she asked if I would consider driving down to Hillcrest from north San Diego county to Veribest. We are so very happy we did! John & his staff were very friendly and the dress & suit were cleaned to perfection! They sent before and after photos & the bottom of her dress looked brand new! “We are a military family and have patronized many businesses in our 30 years moving around. I found the Tierrasanta location when we lived in that community and loved the quality of service. We had moved again as my husband recently retired. I discovered Klassic Kleaners now runs solely out of their Clairemont Mesa store. We have a special event coming up which I purchased two evening gowns for, so I had a back up; however, both ended up having issues with only a week to alter one of them. As I have trust in the service at Klassic Kleaners, I decided to contact them for help instead of another nearby cleaners. I was in San Diego for another appointment and stopped in with my gown Tuesday morning. My event is the same week on Friday evening. The seamstress was in that day and able to make all the needed adjustments to my dress so that I could wear it for our event that same week. Mr. Mahmood also steamed the gown to have it ready for wear when I pick it up.
I know this was a rush job and a bit of an inconvenience for everyone, but they were able to help me out when most places probably wouldn't bother. I am so grateful for their professionalism and compassion with my last minute situation. They will always be our go-to place for any special dry cleaning.“
