Robert did a great job repairing and polishing my favorite leather boots. The heels were coming off and the stitching was tearing out from many years of heavy use. They look close to new. He really gave them a new life, and the price was very fair.

We are absolutely astounded that my husband's bag, which BA damaged and have refused to acknowledge our claim, has been repaired today, Saturday 2/3/24. We took it in at approximately 11.15a.m. and Roberto rang at 2.20pm to say it was ready for pick up, at an extremely low price. Our fellow that we'd used for over 28 yrs has retired and we've now found another 'Hugo". God Bless you Roberto and thanks for your honesty and integrity. Jon & Ray
