I've worked out and run for the past 20 years. I've been a member of a number of different gyms and fitness programs and this is by far the best I've ever participated in. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. The workouts vary every day and so I never get bored by doing the same routine. Although all of the coaches are great, I really appreciate all of the help from Robert in terms of accomplishing my goals. Highly recommend Fit Societie!

I really enjoy working out with Fit Societe. I get a lot more out of the group workouts than if I worked out on my own, and it's fun to be with the group to support one another. Everyone is kind and welcoming!The instructors give everyone guidance in class, helping you with proper form and challenging you to push yourself harder to reach your goals. Together the coaches and members make each workout fun. It's such a great atmosphere for motivating each person do their best. Come prepared to sweat, and to laugh. That's what keeps me coming back - it's great for the mind, the body, and the soul. I love how good I feel after each and every workout.
