This is a long-overdue review. I feel guilty that I didn't write this review earlier, but I was afraid to disclose this location for hot yoga. I don't consider myself a yoga connoisseur, but my brother got me into it to help stretch my muscles. Since I arrived in SD, I have been using this studio, and I must admit it's a great place—clean, hot, with a great teacher and great classes. Most of the clients have been coming there for years. The owners are excellent yoga teachers.
I have been going to the studio for years; consistently great healing class, very clean studio-rare find for a hot yoga studio. Lovely owners 🙂 Thank you for providing an excellent place to practice over the years.
YogaFūzn has truly transformed how I view fitness. They had everything I needed to reframe how I view exercise and the benefits it can bring!
I started by attending 26 & 2 Bikram classes, which strengthened my balance and awareness, and now even work in their early morning HIIT classes when I'm craving a little weight training and cardio.
YogaFūzn has been a home away from home for me, offering a calm ladies room to change and prep, as well as fellow students that make me feel at home and welcomed into a community of movers. You'll be seeing me there sometime soon!
