8950 Villa La Jolla Dr a125, La Jolla“Posting as Anjela GauthierI’m visiting San Diego on an extended trip and injured my knee and was referred here to Coast Physical Therapy in La Jolla.Firstly Carmen and Massoud at front desk are very good people and always ready to do whatever I need- be it print outs or rescheduling appointments and always get back to a person very quickly.I love the jazz music in the background both lulling and motivating.Andy (the owner)seems really good at what he does and Ryan has become my usual (physical therapist-)I feel I’ve gone from having great difficulty in doing ordinary things like entering or exiting a low vehicle etc to being now completely pain free since starting physical therapy and working the exercises-Thanks!“

4206 Sorrento Valley Blvd STE E, San Diego“I had terrible neck and shoulder pain, I've been weight training for multiple years and Brazilian jiujitsu for a few years and I'm always in some sort of pain. To top it off I'm a personal trainer and still couldn't figure it out. I saw a chiropractor and it helped but not as much as what Naomi did. She took the time to assess the problem and get a proper diagnosis. Naomi pinpointed the problem to the upper back and scapular retraction. After the first session I was in immediate relief, and felt more upright with significantly less tension. I highly recommend to this to athletes and non athletes alike, her space has a full set up with access to workout equipment. Naomi confirmed the appointment the day of and before and I left there with a new understanding of how the body works, and it goes to show you that it's all about the basics.“

I was initially worried that after my surgery, I would never perform in sports and physical activities the same way again. However, the PT team (and shout out Dr. Erwteman as well) supported me, reality checked me, made sure I was patient with recovery, and brought me back better than ever. A major shout out to Kristy, Shane, Jirael and all of the wonderful PT assistants for getting me back in shape again! Would highly this clinic to anyone.“

Dr. Hackett’s chiropractic expertise shines through as we typically come in with some injury rather than maintaining a consistent routine. She had always been easy to work with, thorough, welcoming, and patient. She is well trusted with our health and well being. Never had any issues and hope to continue to see the good doctor for many years to come. Thank you much!“

11300 Sorrento Valley Rd #105, San Diego“Gail is my go-to massage therapist and has been for years since I got into an auto accident that ultimately totaled my car. I've also had previous back surgery and Gail knows how to use the firm pressure I need to release the areas where I have big stubborn knots while also being careful in the areas of my surgeries/injuries. Gail really is a very intuitive healer and I would highly recommend her massage to anyone! Also - pro tip- if you're able to save up just a little more it is TOTALLY worth it to upgrade to the 90 minute massage. This allows more time to focus on the problem areas. This time around I also got cupping which I also highly recommend!!!! Thank you Gail!“

4445 Eastgate Mall #103, San Diego“What an awesome group of dedicated staffs. I got injured at work which left me with multiple discs' injuries. Was unable to walk or support myself for several months without a use of a walker. Pain medications weren't helping much due to nerve issues. My occupational health doctor recommended PT at the hospital location where I work for a month along with acupunctures sessions. I still was not improving much. I did the routines recommended by the PT staffs there everyday, but little improvement noted. It was a long, painful, and lost of some independence journey... I still was unable to stand for more than 30 minutes before having painful spasms. The neuropathy was also bad and constant anytime I stand up. Finally after several months later, work comp approval and working with the only pain doctor assigned to me, I was finally approved for more PT and acupuncture sessions. This time I requested for a different PT place since the last one wasn't helping me much. Was recommended Synergy Orthopedics at the La Jolla location. Dr. Jenny Tith and her team are awesome! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. After interviewing me and getting my history and current condition, she create a workout plan that is geared toward my problem areas. I have explained to her what I have been shown to do and done on my own at home, she suggested a more intensive workout combo with deep tissue massage, stretches, and cool down period. I also followed her routines at home as much as possible, I don't have the heavy machineries they have but made some adjustments to fit. Two sessio s a week and after two weeks, I noticed a difference. I was able to walk without the use of my walker, stand longer, and the pain is less. Over a month later, I still continue with the routines set by Dr. Tith at home. Got approval to go back to work a week ago. Thank you so much Dr. Jenny Tith and the awesome team at Synergy Orthopedics for helping me get back on my feet without much issue, still have the neuropathy but manageable. Very grateful to everyone for your dedications in your field. Now I can go back and help my patients get better also.“

1945 Garnet Ave, San Diego“Just saw Dr. Peter Clements who was able to work me in earlier than my regular doctor, Allen Richburg. Dr. Clements is a 5 star well trained sports medicine FP who listens carefully and took time to explain issues and work out a plan. He is newer in the practice but my guess is he will be very busy as people learn about him. I have always had excellent experience with SD Sports Medicine and with new talent like Dr. Clements I know they will continue to provide excellent care.“

“Diane’s practice is intentional and full of wisdom. I feel truly cared for and seen through the way she always offers a new perspective, a fresh alternative, or a creative solution to whatever I bring to her. I'm consistently inspired by how she treats her patients, with genuine attention, compassion, and a deep sense of personalization that makes each session feel uniquely tailored to me.
I'm proud to say she is my acupuncture therapist. Having relied exclusively on acupuncture for over two decades, I know what it means to find a truly skilled practitioner, and Diane is exactly that.“
