It is wonderful. I have been going for 25 years and it has never disappointed me. The kindness of the staff, the services they offer, the facilities, and the atmosphere of the place are very welcoming.
Great gym with friendly staff and members. Plenty of parking in a beautiful location overlooking the Torrey Pines golf course and the Pacific. Facilities are super clean and the gym has a full array of free weights and Technogym branded equipment.
The cardiac rehab medical staff are experienced specialists, passionate and just amazing ladies. The facilities, heart monitoring and exercise equipment state of the art. Low key environment.
