I received an email shortly after my call with the front desk to which the quotes were outlined - speedy service. Clinic was clean and front desk was friendly. Nurse was friendly and Dr Siddiqui was just so personable, thorough, and caring. She really took the time to connect with me, reassure me, and explore options! I look forward to revising!“

“Dr. Gonzales helped clear up my allergic reaction skin condition quickly. He was empathetic, kind, and quickly provided a prescription that was helpful. Within a few days my skin condition cleared up. I am forever grateful and will come back to him for any skin concerns in the future. “This review is solely for the initial consultation. I was greeted extremely pleasantly by the front desk staff, as well as the beautiful waterfall feature as you walk into the lobby. Unlike other clinics, I did not feel rushed during my consultation. The pricing was very straightforward, no request for payment prior to procedure (like other places!), and they did not insist on multiple treatments (however they recommended 3 treatments for IPL and C&B laser). I felt like I was in good hands. To note, other friends are patients there—and speak highly of it as well. So glad I found them, after many failed communications and weird pricing policies at other clinics.“

“I first came to Dr. Richards in December 2025 after being referred to seeing a MOHSs surgeon. My first experience was with her staff. I was surprised to see how professional, friendly, and helpful the entire staff was. I was nervous, and they made me comfortable. I needed a couple things that they helped me find. They were all highly skilled and well trained, I was so impressed. I feel I am a good judge of this having managed a school program training nurse assistants.

Upon meeting Dr. Richards, my feelings continued. I was going through some nervousness myself, as well as worry for my daughter, who had just been diagnosed with acoustic neuroma. Dr. Richards gave me some strong advice and helped me gain strength in my role as a mother at that point. I was pleased to have attended the office to have the cancer removed from my ear, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.“
