“Dr. William Heimer was my dermatologist for 30 years. Apparently, he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Seaver Soon in 2019. If anyone knows how to contact him, I'd like to personally thank him for keeping me out of serious skin trouble all those years. The new office said they have no way to reach him, unfortunately.“
“I started breaking out for a few months last summer and tried everything to clear my skin, once I went to her she cleared it with what she gave me in the first visit. Very reliable doctor and does her best to help you.“

“excellent clinic, I loved the staff and the facilities. everyone is very helpful, in particular I loved my experience with Dr. Lee: very professional but not stiff or distant, very caring and helpful in providing information and follow ups. kudos to Angel for his professional but very personable attitude. my only critique is that it's hard to reach them on the phone, the waiting time is always very long.“

“I am a dermatopathologist and dermatologist myself. And I traveled halfway across the country to Dr Rullan. Both she and her father are widely known for being absolutely the most knowledgeable and savvy with chemical peels and overall medical and cosmetic dermatology. The staff has a cultivated and professional demeanor and the visit, that took a three hour plane ride each way, ran efficient and smooth. I cannot rate them highly enough. New year~new lids and no plastic surgeon involved! ? Board certified, internationally recognized, Rullan dermatologists shine a bright light on our profession and serve a broad community through their great work at Dermatology Insititute. What’s not to love about that!“
“There is additional parking around the back and the facility was clean.The doctors receptionists need to improve their customer service.However, I do recommend the lab. I did a walk in without an appointment. It was fast.The lab receptionist was a man who provided great service. The lab tech Debbie was stellar! She got my vein on the first try and there was no pain or bruising after.“

“Not only is Dr. Peter Rullan a very talented aesthetic eye, he is also a very kind and caring man who truly wants to improve your skin. I have seen Dr. Rullan three times. The first time I went I purchased a package that included subcision, filler, TCA cross and laser treatment. I believe he calls it the Quattro treatment. I had very significant improvements in my skin. It really helped my confidence. I saw him again for the same package and then twice to refill the filler in my acne scars. The packages are reasonably priced, he does not price gouge you. He has so much experience and has had a hand in inventing some of the treatments derms use across the country, if not outright inventing them himself (phenol peel). I was really insecure about my skin before I met Dr. Rullan and I am so thankful for his work. He will take care of you!“
