“Nobody wants to undergo surgery, especially on the face, but considering the surgery type my experience at West Encinitas was excellent. Dr. Gladsjo was excellent in her MOHS surgery but also her professional, kind, and caring ways. She explained each step and made me feel comfortable and safe with engaging conversation and Christmas music. Staff Sydney, Missy and others were great too. Unlike other clinics, I did not feel rushed during my consultation. The pricing was very straightforward, no request for payment prior to procedure (like other places!), and they did not insist on multiple treatments (however they recommended 3 treatments for IPL and C&B laser).
