“Best floor shopping experience we’ve had! I visited about seven other stores before coming here, and none offered the quality—or the long, wide planks—I was looking for. Crescent Valley Flooring had an excellent selection with beautiful colors and high-quality materials. We chose a laminate that looks like real wood, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly to my Instagram message, which immediately made a great impression. Jacques was wonderful to work with—he has an excellent eye, paid attention to every detail, and guided us perfectly toward the best option for our needs. He was a pleasure to collaborate with. Art also helped process our payment and was equally friendly and professional. The owner was wonderful as well and gave us very good, reasonable prices!
