“I was referred to rheumatology at La Cañada Flintridge by my dermatologist. I saw Dr. Nguyen Oghalai last week and had an amazing time with her and her team. Came here at 1 PM on a Monday. PARKING was a breeze. There were plenty of parking spots in front of the clinic second. CHECK IN - They had a digital check in through their iPad, which made it really quick and easy. Afterwards, I was helped by Zack into the doctor's room. He was very kind, making an intimidating visit a lot more comfortable. When I finally saw Dr. Nguyen, she was able to answer many of my questions and my time with her felt very thorough. After wrapping up my appointment, Valentina help to check me out and made sure to give me all the information I needed for next steps. That same day, I was able to go down the street to Verdugo where I was able to get my labs done (and had an equally great experience w/ the staff there). Overall, it was a fantastic experience, a clean office, really kind people, and I felt overall optimistic about my next steps!”
