You have to make an appointment because different stylists come as and when booked; they don’t just sit there waiting for walk-ins.

If you haven’t been there before, you might get confused by the signage. Zoe Jane and Salana Hair occupy the same space on the second floor at the top of the stairs.

I was charged $45 for the cut, and left the change of $15 as tip. You should probably do something similar unless you were really dissatisfied with the service.“
