We had Tahoe Mold and Water perform a mold inspection for us after we found out one of our showers was leaking. They were easy to work with, showed up to their scheduled appointment on time, and clearly communicated the results to us afterwards via both a PDF write-up and an email. They also answered all of my follow-up questions in a timely manner which was great. I hope I’m not in need of their services again, but if I am, I would happily give them another call.
We had a flood in our unfinished basement. Ned (the owner) face timed with me to assess the water damage. His team came out promptly to do the the remediation and we were very happy with the work. Unfortunately this is the 3rd leak with water damage we've had in 15 years in Truckee. We've used Tahoe Mold and Water each time and we've been happy with their work each time.
