“I had an amazing haircut done this morning by Jaclyn at Phenix Salon Suites Santa Barbara. She washed my hair with shampoo for a starter and then she started trimming the side and the center in such an artistic way. If I am not wrong Jaclyn is an artist and working as a heir dresser on the side. The room were she conducted the haircut was so neat and smiled so fresh. I walked in without an appointment and she just took me right into a chair, connected with me and listened to my concerns.
