She takes the time to make sure you're happy and satisfied before leaving, and she knows her stuff! She's skilled in highlights and extensions and specializes in blonde hair, among other services. After seeing videos on her Instagram of extension installs, I was inspired to get extensions with her myself, and I love them so much.
