The vet tech and Dr Jon were so kind and offered me sound advice that made me feel comfortable and like I could trust them with the health of my baby(cat). I can tell that the vet really has a passion for what he does and the expertise to back it up. He handled our visit with grace, answered all of my questions, and even let me know about vaccines that Latte wasn’t up-to-date on, so we could take care of that too. I never once felt like I was being pressured into care that I wasn’t seeking for my cat. The visit was reasonably priced as well. This will definitely be our new vet from now on.”

Everyone here has so much patience and grace.<br><br>Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.”

He was instrumental in teaching us the basics and making sure we didn’t go crazy with a new puppy! We later used his boarding camp when she was 9 months old. “EveryDog has the single most important part of our puppy’s development, and we could not be happier that we chose the EveryPup program for our furbaby! We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it’s like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well.<br><br>Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well.<br><br>We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn’t have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful!<br><br>Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!”

He was aggressive towards our newborn and would go crazy anytime he saw or heard her. We interviewed a few dog trainers but ended up going with Adam due to his overall demeanor and confidence that he could help our dog overcome his fear of/anger towards the baby. Adam worked with our dog five days a week and we quickly saw improvement, our dog is now completely comfortable around our baby and is still the same loving happy dog he was prior to training. If you are on the fence, go with Adam, I couldn’t recommend him more!”

While it's too long and too personal a story to share details here, I've spent the last several years in a family caregiving situation in which I was unable to have a social life or enjoy my hobbies due to balancing full-time work and caregiving. Recently, I've been trying to reclaim some time for myself, but now I have two senior dogs with medical conditions to look after, and this alone makes it challenging to go out. Sylvia has made it possible for me to do so, thereby basically saving my mental health, haha. Every pet parent wants someone truly reliable whom they can trust, and Sylvia is absolutely that kind of person. She is not just genuinely knowledgeable and experienced, she is also just a kind, wonderful person who is easy to work with. I can't express how reassuring it feels to be out doing something you enjoy, but then also partly worried about your furry friends, and then to get a text update from Sylvia with photos (like the ones attached here) showing your beloved pets fed, medicated, and resting peacefully. I can't recommend Sylvia's services enough, but I also don't want you to book her too often because that's exactly what *I* want to do! LOL ?”
