“Amazing customer service! Above and beyond, professionalism and conduct! They explained things to me clearly when I had questions. Purchased several new screens for my old house. Screens came out amazing. Then 2 were oversized, so it took a couple more days to complete. Then of course I took even more days to go pick them up. I finally decide to go and take my husband's car, only to get there and find out the screens wouldn't fit in the car. I almost wanted to cry. Then I went back inside explained my situation and they had someone kindly follow me home to drop off the screens. Ieven offered to reimburse for gas and they said that is okay. Can you scream amazing! Saved me time, tears, and money on gas. Now I'm really going to do some window shopping! Maybe that will be my Christmas present to myself. Louboutin shoes v. Windows. We all know which one is the right choice.“

The installers arrived on time and worked diligently. They moved the large furniture pieces and returned them after the windows were in. They cleaned as they worked and left the areas spotless.
Received a follow up call from Smart Windows to insure I was entirely happy with the project and left me a cel phone number to call with any questions or concerns.

“I had three old worn medicine cabinet mirrors that had become discolored over the years. I found this nearby place online, and drove over to talk to Terry about getting them replaced. She gave me an estimate which at first I thought was a little pricey until I realized how much work went into getting the original mirrors off the wood panels that had been 'curing' since 1983. The mirror replacement came out GREAT and Angel's Glass and Mirror did a beautiful job! It's a family business - there's the owner: I assume Angel, wife Terry, and some sons. You can tell they are honest hard working people. One of the sons gave me a thorough explanation of how to remount the new mirrors without totally screwing it up - much appreciated.“
