Westside Doors is Amazing! My project got behind, we didn't order windows in time. Westside was able to deliver by far the FASTEST and amazingly, at THE BEST PRICE! Not only that, we made a mistake on measuring, and had to order new window sizes (ughhh). Westside tried their best to cancel, and when they couldn't, expedited our order and gave us a good discount. Recently (we're doing a major remodel) we needed an unusual "restaurant door" for the kitchen. Westside Doors was able to provide the door and hinges at the BEST COST and it was READY IN A FEW DAYS! This is only feedback for service; I cannot speak on the quality of product or work.I reached out for a quote for windows. The person I communicated with was not very helpful in accomplishing that. On top of that, every response took him or her 3-5 days to respond.I would suggest not wasting your time to get a quote via email.

We had a very positive experience with Westside. Buying replacement windows is one of those projects where we didn't know all the things we to didn't know. Robert K. saved us from this fate by walking us through the entire process of choosing the right vendor, from the crank style selection, to finishes (on both the hardware and the interior), to figuring out what "split trim" was for the doors we needed. The point is we felt like they both know what they are doing and really understood our project. In the end, everything showed up on time with ALL of the pieces needed to make sure the installer could do everything efficiently. Very happy with Westside's professionalism from start to finish.
