They took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. “I had to take my precious cat Coco to Dr.Lynch as an emergency today. The whole staff very professional, caring and considerate. I was so upset because my cat was not urinating in his box and it had been two days. They did the test they determine that it wasn’t a blockage and I have to say the visit was extremely reasonable. Dr. Lynch never tried to upsell me. If you’re looking for a vet that truly likes what they’re doing I would come to this Office. Dr. Lynch is truly a dying breed of veterinarians.“

“Dr.Sheriff was very caring, she was checking my cat Luna!
Luna is a senior cat, she lost some weight recently and she was not feeling well. Doctor and her assistant did a great job looking after Luna, they took her to the lab inside in the hospital for blood work and urine test.
The entire process was very quick: I had the appointment in time, full checkup on my kitty was done as much as needed, and the blood work took only 20-30 minutes.
They gave Luna ?‍⬛ for home pain medicine for 7 days, she’s taking it as needed; they gave her a hydration boost at the lab, also some great wet can food for senior cats to take home. Luna liked it, and she began eating it right away once we were back home. Also doctor gave her appetite stimulants for 5-7 days, and it helps my pet. I see that she began eating a little more.

We’re still waiting on her blood work results, but I hope Luna will get better, and will heal soon ??

“This is an establishment that I took two of my former dogs to over 30 years ago. I have a new puppy and she’s back with them as well. They give very thorough examinations and they go over each item in detail on the invoice until you understand. The office is clean! Very clean. You’d think you were there for a human. HOWEVER, This is what I expect from any hospital human or animal. It makes you feel very comfortable. And the knowledgeable staff is very friendly, informative, and the doctors and staff provide information in layman’s terms. They spend enough time with you to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed. I’m so glad to be back with a professional and caring animal hospital. And to be back with MY Avalon Animal and Bird Hospital! And I say many thanks to them, and to those reading this review, make your appointment now for your fur baby, feathered baby, or whatever baby you have. You won’t regret it. Oh, and the comments you may read about not being able to go inside is false. They may have gone during the pandemic and was not allowed in. Only the pet. But you absolutely ? can go inside. As you should. And I was placed in a very clean room with my Roxi. So I’m not sure where they get that from. They do have signs posted for drop offs or pick ups, but that sign is for those with disabilities or who can’t walk in. I hope that clears up some of the misleading post. Because I had to call them once there because I read the post and then saw the signs and I almost didn’t go. I’m so glad I did my own investigation because that is not the experience I remember from my past visits with my former pets. And they still had the records on both of my former pets! That was really over 30 years ago. I had both of those dogs when my daughter was a young child and she’s 37 now. And it’s the same warm, friendly, informative services I remember. Judge for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.“

“I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. From the beginning the staff was kind, considerate, and transparent with pricing and options. The vets always explain everything and the vet techs love the pets. They even sent a condolences card when I let them know one of my dogs had passed. The card shared little memories from the vet and vet techs who knew him. It really touched our hearts especially when we were mourning. They always do follow up calls after visits and respond when we need some advice for our pup. Needless to say, we keep coming back because they’ve been an amazing vet clinic and have been amazing with my pups and us. Thank you PAC we appreciate you!“

“I've been bringing my dogs here for some time, I have never encountered anyone being rude but the wait times tend to fluctuate but most of the time I spend about an hour to maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. The dogtor seems very nice and the staff are very nice as well. Prices aren't sky high and I like their flexibility when it comes to scheduling.“

I was surprised but not really surprised because I know the staff here at Ohana Veterinarian clinic is always thinking about your precious pet. They had put out a fresh bowl of water for my Dude. I can't say it enough I Love this clinic and every employee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHANA VETERINARIAN CLINIC. Update 1/29/26. Once again Ohana Veterinary Clinic has provided my dog Dude with precise care. I never leave wondering what else could they have done. I feel confident and pleased with every visit. They have the sweetest and kindest staff I've ever come across. And the doctors are an exceptional team all of them. “I’ve used Mohawk for two of my dogs now for about 6 years. They’re great for local, primary care for the pups and pretty great when you need to work with specialty vets.“

“This vet clinic is way better than a national chain. My dog was misdiagnosed on a Saturday with pancreatitis at a national veterinary chain company, with that vet insisting she needed to be hospitalized for 3 to 4 days, minimum cost $5000. I love my dog dearly, but she is quite elderly, has major spinal issues and dementia problems, and she needs to constantly be with me or she stresses. Putting her in hospital would break her. That vet acted as if I were a horrible human. Worse, though that vet prescribed pain medication for her, he didn’t give his required vet code. Since it was a controlled substance, the pharmacy wouldn’t give it to me. So though he went on about how intense her pain was, he made it impossible for her to get the pain reliever he insisted she needed! Thank goodness Olympic Pet Hospital was recommended to me: They got me in at 10 AM on a Monday holiday! Dr. Lucia Kwon was kind and diligent. She truly listened to me. Not only did she prescribe an effective non-controlled substance but she made sure it would help with my dog’s spinal and nerve pain. When she discovered I had given a friend’s cat subcutaneous IV daily, she assured me I could do the same for my dog if her condition deteriorated and she needed help with fluids. That way, I wouldn’t have to hospitalize her if things got worse. I cannot speak more highly of this woman — knowledgable, thoughtful, gentle with my baby and reassuring to me. My dog was better in 1.5 days under her treatment protocol. I just wish I would have gone to her on Saturday; that would have saved me the $40O I wasted at the substandard national chain. And my dog wouldn’t have suffered for two days. I would give this clinic and vet 10 out of 5 stars if I could.“
