Courteous and knowledgeable staff were kind and gentle with our pets, gave us opportunity to ask questions and provided good information. Was easy to communicate and schedule, we received prompt and helpful responses ahead of our appointment. Clinic is clean and comfortable with convenient parking adjacent and public transit stops nearby.
This was our first visit and would recommend-- glad to have Hancock Park as our vet.
We've been taking our pup to Hancock Park Vet Clinic for the past 8 years or so. The vets and techs all treat Toro with kindness and provide excellent care. And the new facility is a welcome change. Thank you for all of your support over the years!
Began taking my cat here just before they moved a few years ago, and have been so happy with their services.
The staff is very friendly and so helpful to answer all of my questions. Love that this place feels like part of the community and they do a fantastic job with my beloved pet.
Facilities are clean, and they always have parting treats available for her after her appointments.
