Very nice and honest woman working the front desk. Could have tried to upsell me on items and services I may not have needed, but rather just sold me what I needed to fix my system and told me about additional services if I needed them in the future.

The customer service and service received at our residence was amazing. I called several other companies but just wasn't feeling the vibe. (So many businesses, these days act like they're doing you a favor.) Custom Mist was quite different. They immediately called me back with an estimate and once the technician arrived on site he was quick, methodical and clean. (He didn't leave a mess). When he noticed I provided the wrong measurement for the leaky pressure line he quickly informed me. Due to my error he quickly provided me an updated estimate and fixed our broken pressure line to our misters. I would highly recommend Cool Mist to solve your misting issues. I'm sorry I can't remember the techs name he deserves the recognition!!

Great company. Amazing from start to finish Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions. Megan and Lindsay were very helpful in rescheduling our install twice since our pool was delayed over 6 weeks. Misters in patio look great and misters in pool are awesome! Highly recommended this company!! You won't be disappointed!
