The service was quite expensive and took way too long for two items. Yes, they wanted to charge extra for earlier pickup. If the name “value” lived up to the service, it would be different. Seriously, they weren’t even nice while gauging you.Service: Dry cleaning
Well. As I mentioned you SHOULD get what you pay for. My brand new straight from the store DKNY silk jacket came back from Value Cleaners with bunched up shoulder pads. I didn't appreciate having to explain to the owner why this is their responsibility. This business is great until there's a problem. Take your chances with this business. I'm done.
They are very expensive and offer no teacher discounts. The cloths looked great so if you don't mind paying Cadillac prices, you will like the results.The clothes were well laundered. So I got what I paid for. Especially the starched linens.
