The customer service is amazing. Every time I go there, the gentleman that helps me brings a smile to my face. I have this favorite blue coat, and I don’t trust anyone else to clean it. It’s a great place to go with lovely people that are happy to provide the much needed service that they do.
I'm shocked the reviews on Google are so low for this business. I'm visiting from San Diego and dropped off some new clothes I bought for a quick, same-day, dry clean. The staff were so friendly and actually took the time to explain the dry cleaning process and help me pick the right service for my clothes. My clothes were ready, when promised, that day at 3pm. They looked amazing, smelled great and the prices... The prices here are so reasonable!! I'm paying twice as much in San Diego! I would highly recommend Bally's to anyone in the area looking for a great and inexpensive dry cleaner.
If you are looking for a great place to get your clothes cleaned you need to meet the owner, Onkar. Excellent work done on 7 pants of mine. I would drive 90 minutes from Rancho Cucamonga one way to have professional job done on my clothes. When I was living in Palm Desert my favorite was to drop my clothes early Saturday and pick them all in 3-4 hours later for no extra fee. I have found Onkar a thorough professional who delivers on his promise the ol' way with honesty, integrity and timely delivery.
