“Best West Roofing did a fantastic job of reroofing my 1910 craftsman's slightly complicated roof. The old roof was not leaking but was 31 years old and it seemed best to replace it before painting the house. Best West is an independent company and Samuel the owner and I was in contact with him for every detail. He recommended a full tear-off of the old roof. Although I was initially reluctant to, I'm glad we did as it revealed some minor wood rot problems near the eaves where the gutters had failed. The entire job was completed from Monday to Friday, including tear-off, wood replacement and installation of the old attic vents with newer low-profile ones. Carlos and the crew were on time every day and always cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Samuel's bid was the most competitive of the 3 that I received and I couldn't be happier with the job but especially with the communication and rapport that I had with Samuel.“

I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week. It only ended up taking them 2 days to complete the repairs and they did a fantastic job. “I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

The area was where a slant junctions to a flat area and it had caused the ceiling to crack badly but we never had it drip. “I am writing this review for the awesome people that I have experienced with in Ameco. there are a lot of people in the company but Kasey, Melissa, and Eric really made my whole experience a lot smoother. The whole process did take a while but that is mainly due to 1) so cal Edison waiting to get the PTO and 2) from the influx of all the orders for solar install due to the end of federal tax credit. I admit that due to the waiting period I was getting very irritated. Imagine spending all these money on the system to try to save energy cost but ended not being able to use it for almost 6month. But Kasey, Melissa, and Eric made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. Kasey did a wonderful answering all my question during my estimate phase but not only that she still able to help me afterwards even though it wasn’t her department. Eric was detail oriented and not only installed the system beautifully but his paint job on the conduits was magnificent. The end was the part that got to me due to the waiting and communication but once Melissa took over, everything was smooth sailing after that. She calmed my nerve and was able to get me the answer that I needed. Big thank you for you guy and gals!“

“Stop looking and go with Angel and his team. I don’t say that lightly — I got multiple estimates, and they were the best by far in terms of both price and attention to detail. I won’t drop names, but a popular five-star competitor quoted me almost double.

I live in San Diego, and Angel took the time to explain everything to me over FaceTime and even checked on an issue with water collecting inside the garage (which is why I needed gutters in the first place). I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with, and Angel and his team were patient, reasonable, and incredibly helpful throughout.

He also worked around my schedule over the holidays and worked hard to install everything before a tenant moved into my house.
