We recently used Royal Roofing Company to replace a 37 year old shingle roof in our two story house in Monterey Park and had a great experience. Good value, great workmanship and a very professional team that delivers on time.We called their office and Stephanie sent their project supervisor Alex quickly to give us a proposal, their price is mid range (compared to 4 other proposals) and timing is good. Talked to the owner, Steve. He went out of his way to give me advice on my project. It’s hard to come by great customer service like this. He didn’t end up doing the work but treated me as if he did.

Royal Roofing recently replaced a roughly 4,000 SF commercial roof for us and they did a very thorough job. They worked in a heat wave day in and day out, and the job took longer than they expected, but they stuck with it and did a great job. The salespeople, foreman and workers were friendly and helpful. They cleaned our skylights thoroughly, they addressed any issues or questions along the way immediately. After completion, when there was a minor issue with some of the HVAC units, they came back right away without question to remedy the minor issue.
