He then provided a written Scope of Work later that day which involved several outdoor GFCI outlets; 3 light fixtures and minor interior re-wiring with outlets and switches. Total cost was $1,985. On project day, Carlos and Cesar arrived on time and did great quality work. They were friendly; had all the parts on site; and communicated with me for questions. They cleaned up after finishing. Everything from start to finish was as expected. Penna's workflow system makes it easy for reviewing, scheduling and approving work. Several payment options also.
