“3 years ago Steve fixed a complicated A/C situation for me where the A/C condenser in our condo complex was linked to our neighbors unit and vice versa due to a builder error. Other electricians suggested solutions that involved costly work and tearing down walls but Steve was able to find a cost effective solution by swapping the whips for the power supply saving me a ton of stress and money. Knowing Steve was someone I can trust, I called him again and he was able to come out immediately today for a separate issue concerning my water heater. He was able to identify the gas valve was off saving me tons of time and money again, but came prepared to assist in case it was a larger igniter issue after sending him pictures of the water heater error code. I really appreciate his work and trust his assessments and know who to call for any electrical services and beyond!“
