Pilates at Sea-fit in Huntington with Elizabeth was a great experience! This is my first Pilates class and it was a great workout. I think the intensity level I would rate that class with her is a 10/10.

I've been going to SeaFit for about a month, and I'm completely addicted. The classes are not only hard and effective, but also a lot of fun. The instructors are all extremely kind and enthusiastic, and they ensure that everyone feels at ease and included. I was initially apprehensive because I had never used the machines before, but each instructor put me at ease.One of my favorite aspects of SeaFit is that it is a full-body workout. You'll work your muscles from head to toe (including those I had no idea I had), and you'll leave feeling powerful and invigorated.
