I love this gym! A lot of places can be quite intimidating but this gym is super clean, welcoming, and reminds you to work hard! The space is large and there’s plenty of machines, squat racks, weights, bands, etc to choose from! A major plus is the easy parking and showers(!!!!). The owner is always so cool and I’m always looking forward to my workouts here. Thank you RAF for creating an amazing place to workout in OC! PS. look out for Walter ?

You gotta try this gym! Been coming here for almost 10 years. Love the atmosphere and the people. It makes going back to a public gym impossible once you get used to the community here. It’s nice to have monthly programs so I can just show up and not have to think about what I’m going to do that day… it’s also incredibly nice to not have a wait for a squat rack!

Came to RAF because my trainer Corrie moved to this gym and I absolutely love it! Not only is Corrie an amazing trainer she is encouraging and such an awesome person to be around. I have really enjoyed my time at RAF. The owner is super nice and down to earth and the atmosphere has been great. If I could give extra stars for their playlist I would!!!
