Was looking urgently for a solution for a non-operational kitchen faucet that had to be fixed today in advance of the holiday weekend. After several calls to other vendors, I found Benjamin Franklin and they were professional, courteous and most importantly, available. Richard came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue and the company honored their original quote for diagnosis. Raymond has done excellent work for us at 26101 Arcada Dr. the fixtures in the tub were difficult to work with but he was familiar with their design and with the removal and replacement of vintage fixtures.
