“Everything about this place is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and very respectful and I’m very satisfied with their work. Thank you for making this possible and I thank God for your support and kindness. May your business grow and I pray everyone there is blessed as well.”
“We recently used Lakewood, and I can’t thank Amy enough. She walked us through every step clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure our family felt respected and cared for throughout the arrangements.
The details were handled with great professionalism and compassion, and she truly helped us focus on our loved one instead of feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend Lakewood to anyone who needs a caring, dependable team during such a challenging moment.

“We have used the services of Franklin & Downs Funeral Home twice now - once for our Mother in 2020 and most recently for our Stepfather last month (Sept 2026). Both times everyone at the funeral home was extremely caring, helpful and professional. This last time we were assisted by Ashley and she was wonderful as she ensured all bases were covered and that the service was seamless. Both times we walked away feeling very good and satisfied we were able to pay our last respects to our loved ones in such a professional and caring manner. We can't thank Ashley and the rest of the Franklin & Downs staff enough, and we highly recommend their services!”
