Very professional and always on time never have long waits. The ladies that work in the eyeglass department are so so nice and sweet they always help me out so much when I'm picking out glasses, and trust me I normally have like 20-30 different frames I'm trying to decide from... 😁I really appreciate their kindness and patience.
Dr. Ho is very thorough, but more importantly she’s very patient! It’s hard to tell the difference in the clarity between slides sometimes, but she doesn’t hesitate to go back and forth several times in order to be certain. She’s also very kind and personable, as is the rest of the staff. Once the exam is over and shopping for frames begins, everyone is helpful. Especially Diana.
