I had a great visit. The staff were super friendly, and welcoming, as was the Doctor. The wait time was short and from the reviews, I was kinda concerned, but I’m glad I trusted my gut.
Abby was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was professional, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in her work. She was patient when answering questions, very knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so efficient and so kind. The office is lucky to have her, and she’s a big reason I’d recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for great care and customer service.
Office is clean, receptionist is very helpful and friendly. No ridiculously long wait times either.
The Dr was also very friendly and was able to help my daughter with not only her prescription but an eye issue she’s had for a while now.
I normally take her to Walmart as they take IEHP but will be bringing her here from now on now that I know they also accept IEHP here.
