I've been going here for 15 years . Everything was great ! Until the last few years . The last 2 times , I got frames that constantly broke ! It's been years of having the same frames to 4 pairs breaking with in 2 yrs ! Then , last round , it wasn't 3 days . Broke . Then , a month and broke again ! With in 24 hrs that pair broke ! Paying $20 each time they break ! Telling me I need to buy the more expensive ones so they don't break ... Well I had 1 pair for over 4 yrs and never broke. So , a bit disappointed. Dr Two is always very in detail with getting me my correct prescription. They are always professional and super helpful when selecting glasses. They also were able to fit in my son ASAP when he broke his glasses.

They called on 10/4 to let me know my glasses were ready for pick up, they hung up as soon as I answered. I called right back they answered but forwarded me to hold immediately. I waited 5 min. I hung up called back they answered got my info put me on hold 18 plus min. I called back on a private number and when they answered I asked them why they are so inefficient all the lady could say was "their very busy , your glasses are ready. Have a nice day." and hung up.
