This place is the definition of professional recovery for the body. It's very nice inside, and they offer a variety of different things. I came to help my sciatica nerve and used 4 different things inside. They offer good deals online ( Groupon ) and in person that you should check out .
Great wellness spot! They offer a ton of services. Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage massage. The best massage I've ever had! Katherine, the masseuse, is very talented and has a ton of experience. They offer a complimentary infrared sauna session when you're there for another service. This was the first time I'd ever tried cryotherapy and it was an experience for sure! I would do it again. Highly recommend this place! Service is excellent and a very clean facility. My husband and I will be back here to purchase some sort of package deal!
Love everything about this place, but recently my teenage son had a reaction to a medication he was on causing severe and constant muscle spasms in his legs (he said it felt like he was running a marathon and couldn't stop and so his muscles were burning and aching). He was hospitalized for 3 days and sent home with other meds/muscle relaxers to alleviate the spasms and a walker or wheelchair to use as well. I didn't like him being on such high doses of meds so I took him for local Cryo to see if it would help alleviate the spasms (doctor said it would take a month before they stopped).
