Don't deal with them. They are no good. It was a few years ago that I found a big water leak and shut off water. I saved them tens of thousands of dollars. Others can leave stuff out but I can't grow plants in a parking spot. They say Gray area. The new photos are plants I planted because they would not replace the dead ones, I made them from cloning the other plants.

I just watched one of your employees—driving a company truck, no less—tear down the road like they were actively trying to audition for “Most Unhinged Driver of the Year.” If this is the caliber of people you put behind the wheel, I can only imagine the chaos you let loose on customers’ belongings. If you’re thinking about doing business with this place, don’t. Unless you’re into being scammed or handing your property over to adults who can’t regulate their own emotions, it’s not worth the risk. I have been doing business with Balch Enterprises for a long time. The company is caring and everyone is friendly from the receptionist to the owner. If I had ever need anything, they are responsive and always doing the right thing. There was a payment issue from the post office mis-sorting mail, Balch took the time to closely monitoring the process to ensure missing payment was not affected in delinquency. Knowing it was not Balch's responsibility in the post office error, I'd find it comforting to work with a property manager that cares so much about their business and their tenants.
