One weekend, my boyfriend and I decided to take a look at open houses in search to find our perfect home. Our focus at the time was to find something we liked then look for a Realtor. We walked in to our first open house of the day and there stood a young lady welcoming us in and looking eager to show us around. As we toured the property, she was very knowledgeable and informative of the place and to top things off, she ended our tour in the kitchen where she kept a plate of freshly baked cookies.
