Yelp flagged ASAP Water Heater & Plumbing as closed which meant I would have to find another plumber. However, I can report that the business is definitely still open and also busy. Keith answered promptly when I called the main number today and we set up an appointment to have a problem with our tankless water heater. This post is mainly to state that the business is open and the reports of it being closed are incorrect. I will update the review after the service appointment. Keith did service our Navien tankless in 2015 and I found him to be professional and did qualify work. I wouldn't have called him back otherwise.

After discovering a slow leak coming from my water heater late one night I called Keith the next morning to ask for help as he had been recommended by one of the other owners in our condo complex. He was here the next morning to look at the issue and back a couple of days later to install a replacement water heater. I highly recommend ASAP for their prompt response and excellent service. Keith is easy to work with and very knowledgeable in his trade.

My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day. Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! I really appreciate Keith's customer service and workmanship. Keep up the amazing work!
