He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable. I look forward to Sitka's next playdate!“

“Amazing store and a great place to board your birds! We juat got back from a week away and our girl is happy healthy and well cared for. Boarding is easy with juat signing her in and picking her up. The store its self has a great selection of animals food and toys. We get all our new toys here. They have the most beautiful hyacinth macaw at the store as well.“

“Great spot! Took my 110lb St. Bernard puppy here for the first time and they did great, Agnes came out looking fresh and clean. The workers were friendly and nice and verified what I wanted done prior to taking her back. They were upfront about pricing and accurate about how long it would take. Reasonably priced and completed the job quickly for my stubborn pup! Will be coming back!“

“Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.“

“Alvin is a master of his trade. He is a professional who will ask for vaccination records and leave your pup smelling and looking beautiful. You can tell he takes pride in his work as he speaks to your pup like a client too! Tell him what you want and he delivers. I've seen several groomers with my senior pup and he's given my baby the best cut he's had in 11 years. I come here at least once a month. Prices sometimes are weirdly inconsistent compared to what you see posted on the wall though I imagine the dirtier and mismanaged your pet is he charges a bit more for the elbow work haha - it would be nice to see a breakdown though. Either way he does great work I don't mind paying an extra $10 when I do because he's worth it. Thanks Alvin ?“

“First of all THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS for such amazing customer service, my Zeus has been going to the same groomer for years but his groomer was on vacation and I had to look for someone else and I am so glad I did. Zeus is a very difficult doggie and I was terrified to take him elsewhere since not everyone is patient enough for him ? I was amazed once I picked up Zeus, of course he acted up ??‍♀️ but the way they handled it, not one complaint from them ? They said, “He will get used to us and he will be a (Paulina dog ? inside joke) lol… Just a little FYI, I will not be taking Zeus to his original groomer (which he had for almost 5yrs) because all she ever did was complain about my dog instead of trying to find a solution. This means Paulina is stuck with my baby now and I am so glad I found her, I literally already love her HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ????????“

“The only person I trust to groom my cat. Always kind and takes her time with even just getting the kitty out of the crate or getting my kitty back in for pick up. Never had any issues and I will only go to her for my cat’s grooming. Anyone who says she’s rude has genuinely no idea what they are talking about. I’ve literally only had extremely pleasant experiences here! And anyone who says she’s over priced has like no knowledge of cat grooming pricing in the LA area, just saying.“

“I have a large, sometimes dog aggressive, Akita. Due to this it is hard to find places for her to stay. All star pet resort has been my go-to kennel. Yes, it is bare bones but don't let that scare you. Each dog has an indoor/outdoor private run and it is a great price. My dog is sooo happy every time we arrive because she loves all the people that work there. Melinda at the front desk knows her by name and we always feel welcomed. “The owner is a class act and understands customer service. I came in from out of town, and my dogs were absolutely filthy from a camping trip. I called late on a Monday for a same-day bath. The owner was absolutely amazing in accepting my dogs on short notice! This is the type of service that keeps customers returning. Not only did he accommodate me in a difficult time, but he also did a frickin amazing grooming job on my two Australian Shepherds!!! Pricing was great too. Can't thank him enough. Now every time I go into LA, I will stop by to have my dogs groomed.“
