Carlos and his team are a pleasure to work with. I hired them in January this year to get rid of the rats in my attic crawl space. They were prompt and very thorough with the clean up. They sealed all the exterior openings to make sure there are no openings for the rats to come in. Precision Rodent proofing was the most reasonably priced and also give you one year warranty to keep your house rats free. I recently called them back and they immediately made an appointment and came for checkup. I highly recommend them.

They provide great service, they don't charge for the first time inspection, which is great and nice! They send a technician come to do the inspection, and tell me what is the whole process to solve problem. It takes about three hours for the first appointment to do the works, and come to check once a week until your problem is solved. They did a good job, and I don't see any activities happen right now. And also have one year warranty. Their technicians are patient and responsible. It's recommended if you need help!!

Inspected property. Carlos, a very nice fellow, was to get back to me about sealing property doors.Took 3 requests to get an estimate, but I was sent someone else’s estimate. Then Brenda asked me to take photos of my property, but Carlos had already taken several photos during the inspection. Then Brenda told me they are not able seal the uneven doors. So I requested just traps and clean up. No further response from Precision Rodent regarding this request. Carlos apologized profusely for oversights after reading my review.Service: General pest inspection
