“My Lenovo ThinkCentre got trashed when I downloaded and ran an update from Lenovo. TCG were able to recover only some of my data on disk, but fortunately I had backed up most of the important stuff on Dropbox. We were deep into the COVID-19 quarantine (August 2020) and they were working with a skeleton crew. Despite all the various problems, they were able to get my machine running again. It took a few weeks, but I attribute that mostly to the impediments caused by the virus shutdown. Tris went the extra mile, and he gets lots of credit for upholding The Computer Guys' excellent reputation. I would definitely use them again if I had to.
