John is very responsive and fast when you need help. He is also willing to patiently follow up afterward. His skills are fine and when on occasion he doesn't know something he is happy to refer you to someone who can help. I recommend him to anyone who needs computer services.

Simons Computer with John at the helm has taken care of our needs this past decade. His knowledge and expertise have kept our Firm running without a glitch. I live in Burlingame Hills, needed new home office computer/printer setup. Contacted several computer service companies on "this side of the hill" for estimates prior to contacting John. Initial contact with Simon Computers was impressive. I am highly selective and wanted an experienced professional for the job, not a Geek Squad rookie. John was the right choice for my high standards. He was communicative, articulate, professional demeanor and patient with my many questions.
