“Love this store, and the staff. I won't take my dog anywhere else. I have an anxious and nervous German Shepherd, who occasionally stays at Pets Hotel, and we use the grooming services. All of the staff, have gotten to know her, and they go out of their way to try and make her comfortable. She can be difficult to handle sometimes, but all the staff at the Glendora store are kind and patient with her. She's a work in progress who has come along way, and the employees at this store are partly the reason for that.“
“This is my go to spot for my dog Vinny's food and the other items he needs. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. I sometimes do curbside and it's very efficient and items are brought out in a timely manner. The store is always clean and well stocked with the items we need.“
