In Oct 2023 we found ourselves in need of a plumbing company for a kitchen faucet and a toilet in the primary suite bathroom in a hurry as my best friend was due to be released from the hosp from an emergency surgery she recently had therefore, it was imperative both be repaired before she could return home. I did research on four different companies that serviced Nipomo and called Rex’s Plumbing and spoke to Colleen who arranged for her technician Rene to come to the house for an estimate and service the following day. I had mentioned to Colleen and Rene the emergency of getting both in working order as soon as possible and that’s exactly what happened. We already had a replacement kitchen faucet but was missing one small part so Rene did what he could to locate it as did I but found it had to be ordered directly from the faucet company in Chicago before it could be installed meanwhile he repaired the toilet and was on site immediately after the faucet part arrived to the home for the faucet install. REX’S PLUMBING was ABSOLUTELY the BEST COMPANY all around!!! The Customer Service, Quality of work, Compassion, Very Affordable and Efficient work is why we recommend this company but especially Technician RENE!!
