Excellent service with prompt response. I had my water heater go out, called Tito and in an hour they are there to replace it when everywhere else puts you off until a week or so. Gave me a follow up call in 3 days to make sure everything is working properly with a lot of businesses lacks. I would 150% recommendService: Water heater installation
Wow! Is this guy fantastic! I'm a brand new, first-time home owner and discovered that the water line to my hot water heater was leaking - like a SHOWER! - and Tito himself was at my home within the hour! He is so kind & friendly (so is his assistant), and they got the whole thing fixed with the job done same day. He explained everything to me, step-by-step, and apparently his rates are as good as it gets in SLO County. I am so grateful to him & his staff for expediting this job within the next hour after I called.
Had the old hot water heater go out suddenly and they were able to install a new one the very next morning! Really appreciated the fast prompt service. Everyone very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Was great!
