I had an amazing massage this morning at A Vital Touch Day Spa in Pismo Beach and I can’t recommend it enough. The owner worked on my sciatica and both scapulas, and the relief I felt afterward was incredible. She incorporated cupping with such skill and intention — you can truly tell she’s an experienced and intuitive therapist.
The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully curated, which made it easy to fully relax. From start to finish I felt cared for, listened to, and completely comfortable.

I was able to book a couples massage for the next day. We arrived a little early and they were able to take us in. The salon is very organized and clean. We had a male and female masseuse. I’ve had massages before and this was my boyfriend’s first. We both really enjoyed the experience and the price was great compared to other spas in the area. Overall, we’d return again. It was great!
