Beyond pleased to have Hand and Stone be my first experience with a massage spa. Kaitlyn gave me a great massage and made me feel comfortable by asking me questions on specific areas I wanted more pressure or less pressure when massaging. The staff here is great and polite, and they make it a priority to make everyone feel welcome, and comfortable.

Bought a Groupon for this place. Had seen it driving by from work. Today I was looking to feel relax and reduce tension in my body. As a nurse and breastfeeding mom, my body was crying for help!! Reina made me feel comfortable from the start! Her voice was soothing and really invested into my well being. I appreciate the way she gave my body healing but also made my mind open to investing in it for health benefits. Thank you for making me feel new!!!
